Visa Information
There are many countries eligible for an Egypt e-Visa or Visa on Arrival. Please visit the official Egypt Government visa page www.visa2egypt.gov.eg to check whether you need to apply for a visa to travel to Egypt and for further information.
Attendees from countries that require a visa prior to entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several weeks under normal circumstances. Participants are strongly advised to apply well in advance of their travel dates.
Please contact: support@ictcsconf.com to request a visa invitation letter so that you can print and use it while applying for your Egypt visa.
Obtaining an Invitation Letter from the ICTCS Egypt 2026 Conference/Meeting will not guarantee that your Egypt visa application will be approved. The letter is merely supplementary information explaining the applicant's intended purpose of travel to Egypt.
For security purposes, the conference has a policy for issuing official Invitation Letters as follows:
Invite Letters will be issued only after you have successfully registered and paid for your conference.
Invite Letters can only be issued for the person registered to attend the conference in form of participant, author, chair and speaker. Unfortunately we cannot issue invite Letters for guests of participants.
